Terms of use
Last updated: November 8, 2026
These terms cover the Amberlit app and website (“Amberlit”, “we”), developed by Andrew Evtukhov. By using Amberlit, you accept these terms.
Not medical advice
Amberlit offers self-reflection and affirmations. It is not therapy, medical advice or a substitute for professional care, and your values portrait is not a psychological diagnosis. If you’re in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a helpline listed under Get help.
Price
Amberlit is free to download and use. If we ever add paid features, we’ll show the price before you buy and update these terms first.
Using Amberlit
You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age in your country. Use Amberlit lawfully, and don’t copy it, resell it or try to break it. The affirmations you write yourself stay yours.
Our content
The app, its design, portraits and affirmations belong to us. The list of values and their descriptions come from the Personal Values Card Sort (Miller, C’de Baca, Matthews & Wilbourne, University of New Mexico, 2001), which is in the public domain.
Liability
Amberlit is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus, without affecting mandatory consumer rights where you live. Questions: write to andrew.evtukhov@gmail.com.
